On the ground floor, there is a corridor with a wardrobe, a large kitchen, a living room with a fan and an air-conditioned bedroom (160 x 200 bed). On the first floor, there are 3 single beds (90 × 190) spread over a mezzanine floor with a fan and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200).

In the living-room, you will find a closet as well as a TV
(French channels only).

The living-room’s and bedroom’s sliding glass doors open up onto a large covered terrace, which serves as a dining room. Its table, carved from a falcata tree trunk, makes it a unique centre-piece. A rest area, furnished with sofas will allow you to doze off in private. A large mango tree in front of the terrace, which was planted in the 1960s, provides shade.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4- burner gas hob, a microwave oven, an electric coffee maker, a toaster and an electric kettle. A Kitchen towel, as well as washing-up liquid and salt and pepper, is also provided.

The two private bathrooms are fitted out in a small adjoining “fare”, connected by a shingled passageway to the main entrance of the villa. They have walk-in showers, double built- in basins and suspended toilets. Hot water is produced by a solar-powered water heater
